This weeks pick was new to all of us, and Penelope Bourbon Barrel Strength did not disappoint.  Each batch is blended from three bourbon mash bills comprised of four grains (Corn, Wheat, Rye, and Malt). It is then aged in new American oak barrels and is completely uncut and non chill-filtered.

If you have any recommendations on what to review next, please post them in the comments! Join us every week as we review new/classic bourbon and uncover Kentucky’s rich history, one bottle at a time.
