Burgers & Bourbon: W.L. Weller 12 Year

Eric Douglas |

We have a special one this week, W.L. Weller 12 Year. As part of the wheated bourbon family, this 12-year-old W.L. Weller is aged far longer than most wheated bourbons. The mid-palate flavor is heavily wheated, layered, and moderately sweet.

If you have any recommendations on what to review next, please post them in the comments! Join us every week as we review new/classic bourbon and uncover Kentucky’s rich history, one bottle at a time.
